A lot of these dudes are like bitter ex-girlfriends who invested a significant part of their life into shilling and hyping up CSM as one of the big mangas of the 2020s.
When it didn't turn out to be that way, they feel personally offended and are lashing out at it.
Anyone without a significant emotional investment would've just dropped the series and moved on once they stopped enjoying it.
