It's cute. They have an underexplored dynamic in canon and you can easily imagine cute interactions between the two. Ms. Cream is Girl Mr. Sonic so it isn't hard imagining the two getting along well. Although, I will concede, I also enjoy the pairing between Mr. Sonic and Ms. Cream. Ms. Cream is a very cute character and I appreciate all wholesome and cute artwork depicting her! ^^
