JP posting is still legal here as long as the thread follows JP server, and as far as I'm concerned, there's been no decision outside of a small strawpoll which only had like ~100 people participate in, so I won't take that as an official voice. There was an /umaalter/ and /umaJP/ thread for a while, so there's definitely a threadsplitter wanting to split the general.

Yeah the CM difference is small, and getting into graded group B can still guarantee at least a ten pull, so it's not super vital.
