That's not lining up with what I've been seeing, I'm using a mod that adds more quality tiers sure, but some numbers thrown around by anon in the previous thread were lining up with some stuff I was seeing.
I'm trying to figure out if using absolute maxed out quality options under the limits of what I have to work with (16 max quality beacons on one 4x4 building, all with max quality tier 3 quality modules) would guaranteed hit the "Rare+ always" breakpoint for me, and if yes where would that breakpoint be. Rare+ is effectively 2.5x, I can get regular Rare 100% of the time at 1000% quality but I can't quite hit that yet with my upgrades.
100% always Common+(?)
250% always Uncommon
??? always Uncommon+
1000% always Rare
??? always Rare+
If I can find the important breakpoints then I can get exactly that amount and spend the rest of my beacons and stuff on Speed modules.
