I feel like it more explicitly conveys what I'm mainly attracted to. If I run into a cute girl, I'll most likely be attracted to her. If I run into a handsome man, I will most likely just think "yeah this man is handsome" but not be attracted to them. In the case of men I'm rarely attracted to, it's because they're feminine in some way (esp. faggy twinks)
So that's why I'm wondering whether I'm attracted to them because they're men, or if I'm attracted to them DESPITE being men, you know?
Ultimately it doesn't really matter, but I enjoy pondering about it
Ah there's also fetishizing men, but that's more of a fetish thing rather than real attraction so I don't count it. The real true attraction I feel is towards women and femininity, if that makes sense.

That's why the lesbian label feels more comfortable to me. Although using both "bi" and "lesbian" at the same time has the maximum potential to piss people off online, so I use them both when I wanna be mischievous
