i used to have pretty good aim so having good ms is important to me, if i wanted something that lagged ass, i'd use my tv. i use my tv when i'm playing jrpgs but for tetris and doom i use my phone screen
the monitor will also come in handy when browsing the interweb and writing stuff and won't be useless if i can ever afford a desktop, which is looking like a big if given how bad the economy is. i even decided i'm not gonna smoke weed anymore and that's a huge lifestyle change for me (i use it for a sleep disorder)
why would i get some 60hz burnt in piece of shit from goodwill when i can wait 3 months and get something nice that will last me 7+ years
