If Sega wants better writing for Sonic the Hedgehog and stories that feel more in line with the brand, then they need to enforce it.
I am not going to blame Mr. Ian Flynn for the poor decisions of Sega, Mr. Anon. If Iizuka and SEGA did not approve of Mr. Ian Flynn choosing to write the kinds of stories he wants to write, they should either be more strict with him or let him go. I'm sure there are plenty of other writers who could do a better job writing a Sonic closer to their vision for the series than Mr. Ian Flynn.
