Decided to test it with a very minimal, almost empty preset to see what the model can do raw. Using >>42638073 as base.

It seems to lean more toward purple prose than Sonnet or Opus and feels far more deterministic; most swipe reuses the same ideas. That's been an issue with Claude models for a while, but it feels even stronger here. You can see phrases getting recycled, like:
>she whispers, voice cracking like dry wood
It also seems more prone to isms, including some very old ones like overusing "vulnerability."
It's also of course, a bit retarded for more complex situations.

As for the writing quality itself, I'll let anons judge.
Again, this is without any preset, so it can definitely be improved, but base tendencies like these usually persist and can be hard to work around.

Not sure it's worth.
