Kris definitely has agency to a larger degree than some people acknowledge, but the Weird Route also conclusively shows that if we're determined enough we can assert ourself over Kris to the point that it's our voice coming out of their mouth and there's absolutely nothing they can do to stop us.
I don't think there's much point in trying to reason out some consistent standard to it, it's ultimately a video game where you can only do exactly what you're allowed to do.

This seems to be the case sometimes or most of the time, but there's also times where we prompt Kris to say something that wouldn't make sense to them and they clearly don't agree with, and again in the Weird Route it's not like there's a point where Kris is suddenly on board with us raping Noelle, we're literally putting our words in their mouth.
