We have alot of greenery, build large parks everywhere, we incorporate nature into the design of suburbs with alot of Australians having a wetlands nearby or native plant and animal reserve. Our architecture is much more modern , less ugly brutalist buildings that I see in alot of American cities and more shiny high tech contemporary and post modern skyscrapers.

I think most American cities just aren't growing they are stagnating and don't look all that different to how they looked in the 70s and 80s. From what I've seen judging from Google earth it's really just Austin and New York City that are actually growing and modernising.
