Smash doesn't need a new game. Just port Ultimate to Switch 2, bring back Melee Tech, add Rollback Netcode to not make online dogshit, add Shadow and a couple extra newcomers (the roster is already basically perfect to me outside of shadow being an assist and inshitteroar wasting space), add a side-mode to World of Light that properly features the DLC fighters and whatever newcomers they add with the gameplay of Melee Adventure / Subspace Emmisarry. Just like that you now TRULY have the ULTIMATE Smash Game.
