I have begun learning Latin to enrich myself with Roman literature and to one day become an academic. I've been studying multiple hours a day. However, I'm beginning to get brain fatigue, and I feel like a pussy for it. What is the most efficient way to work on cognitively difficult tasks? Also I feel guitly for not going 'fast enough'. I have a bad relationship with my father and I dream about him almost every night. I feel like I'm trying to prove something to him.
