A Bear's biting force and claws can still tear through Moose skin and bone like a knife through hot butter and those things have been able to remain intact through attacks from large Cougars and even Car Impacts due to being the largest species of Deer, obviously something no human, no matter how big or strong they are can do, at least not as well.
Bears have also been able to bring full grown Moose to the ground to kill and ea them in spite of the fact that Moose are documented as being strong enough to beat and kill a large Horse

Also there are still videos of the weaker and smaller Female Sloth Bears being able to fight and even critically injure large male Tigers so it still depends on certain circumstances

Especially since Tigers are only a threat to Sloth Bears due to being hypercarnivores vs the omnivore Sloth Bear that'll also eat bugs and honey combs and generally doesn't have a Tiger on its regular menu outside of maybe a Tiger Cub? Since they'll sometimes eat smaller animals like there was one case of one Sloth Bear eating a monkey years ago

and yeah given even hungry Tigers' track record against Sun and Sloth Bears, any Brown Bear and up would just be able to overpower and kill any Tiger just off of the level of a threat that Tigers have been documented in being able to handle.
