It most likely is but you're just too much of a junkie like most of us to admit it. It's not just the blue light radiation, our brains are becoming hardwired to associate good feelings with modern technology making us hopeless dependent on them. Something as simple as compass/stargazing navigation would be impossible for most humans today with the latter because we're polluting entire continents with artificial sunlight now.

If you're legit sure it's not the rectangles of artificial sunlight giving you sleeping problems then yeah you might be deficient in vitamin D/B 1-12 or still have too much caffeine in your system. Those are separate neurological problems you should hunt down before you get rickets or some shit.

>Criminal behavior
I am NOT talking about criminal behavior but low IQ which a DIRECT pre-cursor to criminal behavior because think about it logically:

>Be born with 70 IQ in destitute poverty
>Mother also 70 IQ
>Father MIA because he's ALSO 70 IQ

These conditions make it virtually impossible to NOT resort to criminal behavior because how else are you going to escape this kind of destitute poverty, becoming a doctor/lawyer?
I'll focus on VMAF since that seems to be the most trusted in the video autism world. I found this:

>Our premium quality setting, boasting a VMAF score of 96.45% and an encoded size of 207.66 MB, provides unparalleled visual fidelity suitable for high-end applications where pristine quality is paramount. This setting achieves a compression size of approximately 87%, demonstrating a substantial reduction in file size compared to the original 1.6 GB.

>The optimal quality setting, with a VMAF score of 93.06% and an encoded size of 85 MB, strikes an excellent balance between quality and file size reduction. This setting achieves a compression size of approximately 94.7%, catering to a wide range of viewing environments and devices.

>Lastly, the standard quality setting, with a VMAF score of 90.07% and an encoded size of 56 MB, offers a compelling option for scenarios where conserving bandwidth and storage space is essential, without compromising on perceptible visual quality. This setting achieves a compression size of approximately 96.5%.

TL;DR seems to be:
>VMAF scores above 95 indicate very high quality but result in ballooning file sizes
>VMAF scores below 90 are YIFY-tier
>VMAF scores between these (ie 93) strikes a compression/quality balance

So I'll modify the CRF parameter until I get VMAF 93 for the first video sample.
