In fact China has exported over a million combustion engines to the russian federation in these 3-4 years, from Shahed/geran's twin cylinder engines all the way to chinese engines for kamaz semi trucks, not even mention the hundreds of thousands electric motors for these strategically bamboozling russian operations.
