Roughly in order? Think I'm crazy, realize I'm not, cackle madly. With that out of the way, sit down and have big think. Start using Mind and Life on myself to try and fix my issues. Then start to wonder who else got magic, and if I know I'm a WoD mage specifically, worry about what else might've come over.
