Anyone got any tips on how to fix your diet in regards to weight loss? I workout 4/7 days: do an hour of moderate speed with slight incline on the treadmill followed up with 30 or so minutes of jump rope yet I am not seeing as much progress as I would like and I know why and it's because my diet is complete shit. I can't give up the fucking ice cream and after said workouts I buy some goyslop garbage like taco bell or McDicks
