As a day 1 ZZZ player, I'm honestly on the verge of uninstalling. A couple days ago, I realized... I just wasn't having fun with the game. It was feeling more like a chore than a fun time, and the dailies felt like a waste of time.
When I was slogging through an event (with unskippable dialogue) on the last day before it ended, I just stopped and asked myself if it was worth it. Did I really want to spend another half hour grinding through an event I didn't want to do for less than 2/3 of a single pull?
Honestly, Orphie could have been a big draw to keep me playing. The whole sentient dragon-headed tail thing is honestly pretty cool, and I feel like they could have done so much with it. But then everything else about her is just kind of... bland. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. And making Magus's combat role be essentially just "talking flamethrower" seems like such a missed opportunity.
I've enjoyed the game for a long time, but I just haven't been feeling it lately. It's unfortunate since it seems like some of the devs really care, but maybe this is just the Hoyo curse.

This story SUCKS!

I tried wuwa today and it was pretty bad.
loredump after loredump littered with cryptic chink mythological terms within 5 minutes of starting the game is fucking insane. graphics and the animation are good but the whole atmosphere of the game really doesn't give me much motivation to keep pushing on.
I will admit that the side boobs and thighs are great but that's it.

it gave me more respect to Granblue's writing since they don't put everything about the lore on the table and just treat everything as a fact of life, by doing that it makes the game feel more alive and organic.
