By training yourself to endure discomfort. Start small - do one thing a day that you don't want to do and increase incrementally from there. Don't beat yourself up if you're not immediately perfect, and don't allow yourself to quit.

One thing that helps for me is to imagine that I'm trying to teach a child how to do the thing that I want to do, so I set a good example and demonstrate the correct way to do it. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish but hopefully this helps.
