good morning /smg/. i got a lot of sleep last night and i'm really happy about it. good dreams too. futures and premarket looking very good still. guess no gap down this morning. unsure how to trade today, guess i'll take it slow and look for good setups. probably just gonna trade indices today but i have no plans yet. gonna have tea and shower before market open.

not gonna get any more sleep before market open. hit my cardio goal though, more improvement. unlikely to lift today however, still have soreness, wanna reduce the cadence because every other day was harming my joints. see that nvidia is after the bell today, so not sure what i'm gonna trade if at all. biotech and defense seem to be good ideas, biotech is undervalued, defense is breaking out, probably good places to make money today. wishing you a good morning babe, hope the market is good to you today.
