Not as far as I'm aware of, just a combination of tropes and character types, but the dev doesn't have a ci-en or blog so who knows where they drew inspiration from.
I do think that Sena is absolutely just supposed to be a sluttier version of Asuna from BA, but I haven't ever played BA so I don't know if the personalities directly align though.
