I eat the entire 1lb container and 2lbs of frozen veggies and a couple cups of white rice with no fat salad dressing for dinner every night. It's like 100 plus grams of protein for only 4-6gs of fat. Idk what the calories are because I could never get behind calorie counting. I just eat until I'm full and if I want to "bulk" aka gain weight then I just add fat to my diet and boom surplus achieved I'll start gaining weight
