I grabbed the wrong one but Koron just unceremoniously waiting there despite looking so out of place with the rest of the Monster Girls is just really, really funny in it's own right too.
Though on the subject of that, of the only times Koron ever seems to act out from her cheerful nature is when she asks her Mother if she'd like to "train her there", at Mount Hourai, where she wants the duel to be held, because her Mother lured her there under the false pretense of a training exercise when she tried to stab her in the back. And at first, I thought this was her making a subtle jab at her Mother over how she tried to kill her in what from Koron's point of view would've been cold blood.
But it's right after this moment when we arrive there that she explains how "Mother always misunderstands", and Koron reveals that she doesn't do this out of "resentment or revenge", but because she's internalized her Mother's attempt on her life as a twisted form of love based in strength, and the Koron who survived genuinely believes (either because she's coping or just that insane) that Fatlice's attempt to kill her was an expression of love, so she kills her Mother in every universe she finds her in as a way of repaying that form of "love" in what Koron believes is the ultimate expression of her gratitude.
Because the only reason she wants to be "the strongest" in the first place is because she wants her Mother to be proud of her and how far she's come. So even her asking her Mom to train her at the place she planned to kill her was probably meant to be sincere.
