I need some advice related to this. I'm 2m (6'5?). Was 165kg (363 freedom units). I dropped about 30 kg (66 freedom units) since February. Roughly 5kg per month. I walk a lot, been increasing it from 5km (3.1 miles) every other day to my current routine of 15km (9.3 miles or roughly 20k steps) every day (takes 3h), no breaks. My body adapted and I'm enjoying it now, it's not a chore.
Problem is I haven't dropped at all in about 10 days. I haven't been overeating, I haven't changed my meal routine and exercise or anything like that. I don't do sodas, cut those bitches cold turkey months ago. What gives? How can there be a plateau when I am eating on a slight deficit AND doing 20k steps daily on top of that? It's starting to annoy me greatly.
What do?
