Yes and no, much of the bible was created as a control mechanism. They left in certain parts to ensure it was authentic to those who didn't want to question it. Christ himself is a radically anti-jewish individual throughout the bible. The reason it doesn't show through is because they shy away from the fact the jews killed him. Not the romans but the jews.
