This is how i lost 30kg
1 stop eating everything that isnt meat or dairy (DO NOT DRINK MILK, THAT SHIT IS 90% CARBS, you should go for cream which is mostly fat and cheese) No grains, no vegetables, etc. All that shit is pure carbs and wrecks your digestive system. You arent a fucking cow, cow food isnt for you.
2 do calisthenics if you are horribly out of shape, the exercises can be done anywhere and they will help your muscles get back in shape, you dont need to do anything drastic, just exercise until you are too tired to keep going, then stop and rest until you can go again
Squats, push ups, buy small 5kg weights and work out with them. Dont try very hard exercises until you drop back to a healthy weight
