Art looks like shit, it's like artist was asked to focus on feet but he didn't know what footfags actually want so he left the shoes on. 4 cost 2/4 to do nothing in the craft that is already starving for evo points. Assuming first amulet was dropped on turn 5 it will deal 3 damage by turn 10 but extra puppet that now can't be deployed is dropped on turn 9 and 10.
