Amalia, Gildaria, and Yurius are some of the main ones. Unfortunately a lot of the bombs that are currently played are all ones that her SEVO skill doesn't answer properly. In broad general terms answering a threat while adding an extra threat to your hand are good things in a war over the board, but a large number of the bombs that get played are things that the effect doesn't effectively answer due to some combination of them being things that instantly win once played, are protected by stuff like aura/lloyd, or need their own evo's to be powerful.

That's an even bigger problem. Not fitting with either puppets, or artifact means your deck will be solely what you get from the new expansion. Which means, even if they don't print a SINGLE take two filler card like puppet cat, the deck will still need cards outside archetype to reach 40. It's literally puppet all over again with half finished archetype that doesn't work with the rest of the class' cards that you'll have to fill with neutrals.

Maybe I just haven't been burnt by the dev team enough yet but this looks like an obvious start to a "blow your shit up for value" archetype for Portal that can pretty easily slot into puppet lists, maybe it's not literally 1pp kill a guy on both boards but this is such an easy to design archetype that works as a 3-4 card package to slot into puppet lists.

Pretty great, Marwyn is everything I wanted. Haven needs a 4 drop super badly and he has passive clear, also the banish card is much better than first impressions lead to because it can be fit into late game very easily and takes the place of adjudicator/odin to help your curve even more. I am just hoping for a better non-amulet heal released somewhere and we are golden stalling for Lapis or maybe Satan.

Orchis + 1 enhanced puppet does exactly the same damage as Lish's amulet that survived 6 turns (best case scenario where you're 2nd and evolve it on 4 and it doesn't get Odin'd, noitce how many "ifs" and "wheres" conditions are here). Any additional puppet buffs, any additional Orchises, and any additional puppets added to the combo deal more, and you lose that by having an amulet taking 1 of your board slots.
