Paruyo is from the manga, Baruyo is just what some anons started calling the cooler Haruyo. Paruyo comes from putting a handakuten (the little circle) on Ha/は to make it Pa/ぱ. It's normal for cute nicknames, like Hiyoko becoming Piyoko. So Baruyo is a harder sounding dakuten (the double dots) going from Ha/は to Ba/ば.
