Yeah I get that impression. DD was always discussed here as the greatest 7/10 of all time and was obviously unfinished with a bunch of cool ideas that never quite made it. I was hoping to see that brought to fruition since they were given a proper budget but instead I got DD1.5 with every other NPC being a black londoner for some reason.
