Blight does. Innocent Rules also comes pretty close to blight's class mixing, even if it's more limited. The rest of the games have unique classes/roles for each character, so there are a bit less options. My favorite of this system was colony since you had three skill trees per character and hybrid builds were really powerful, and the combat and customizability felt really good as a result. Meanwhile in awake and kludge, you basically just had one role per character. Kludge still had good combat though.
