My best tip is to make sure to use your ribbon special weapon off cooldown and fuck a catgirl before you go to the boss for their subweapon, it's pretty strong albeit difficult to use.
When she goes invisible, stand in the center and pray to god that she picks one of the two top spots, since you can simply run under her to dodge the bats when she does that. Take note of what moves Versa uses every turn, though IIRC there is also some randomness to what she does on some turns (either single target or AOE attack skill). For the most part though, there is a pattern. It's been a long time since I did the fight, so you'll have to figure out the details. I think her fight is a turn limited battle where she does a party wide insta kill at some turn count (20+). So you have to balance between having enough damage, and having enough damage reduction against her AOE.

Her gimmick is that she takes more damage the longer the fight goes, but deals more damage as well. So you want to spend some time learning her rotation, make sure to have instant death immunity on your party, bind when appropriate etc.

You can cancel neutral air into forward air for a decent chunk of damage after everytime Lio does an attack.

If she summons bats from the lower left or right corners, it's pretty hard to dodge both the bats and the attack that comes right after, but you basically have to observe whether Lio flies up or down. If she flies down, you can jump over everything with an up air. If she flies up, you'll have to jump over the bats ASAP and then use down air to get back to the ground quickly.

Versa's fight is actually fun to figure out on your own. Even better if you do her fight before the mechagod ruins. The mechagod ruins itself kind of sucks though since it's easy. Even the final boss of the mechagod ruins is cheesable with that axe girl doing 1.7m damage or so in one hit.
