I don't want to hurt you by saying this, but it's the truth:

I can't be sure, but here is my long thought hypothesis on why:
>TLDR: i keep the bacteria/fungus/parasite levels in my body as low as possible and my nutrient levels as high as possible
>i eat 2 raw garlic cloves per day. sometimes i take ivermectin + praziquantel horse paste. i put a ton of dried herbs in every meal. i don't eat much sugar. i drink only water. my average time between meals is 12 hours. i eat 2 meals per day but they're huge.
>all my meals are meat based but although meat is the core, vegetables/herbs/plants/etc are the sides, because we dont eat plants primarily for their nutrients, but for their antifungal/bacterial/parasitic properties, that's what both carnivores and vegans are wrong about. most importantly i eat beef liver 2x per week (vitamin A poisoning is a myth)
>i get a lot of sunlight and exercise. in fact i will not exercise unless i can do it out in the sun, thus no gyms or indoors or on cloudy days, those are nature's rest days

all boils down to keeping fungus/bacteria/parasites low, nutrients/sunlight/exercise high. toxins/sugar low too, such as soda. vegans always have rotten teeth. so do people who think sunlight is bad for you. etc
