If you are planning to R1 Chord's weapon - don't, at least don't roll more instantly. Wait till it's close for the banner to end. In CN there is an item that you can use instead of a weapon dupe. Judging by this text, we are most likely gonna get it from the plan. And Chord's the only weapon that wants dupes, so saving it for a different weapon later won't help much.
