70-79 soft pity likely doesn't exist on global for the 80 pull banner
- There's a chance a 1-79 soft pity exists in global, it gives the same expected rate of 1.8% yet it has a 41% chance of hitting pity vs the 0.3% chance of hitting pity with the 70-79 backloaded model.
- If soft pity doesn't exist, the 80 pull banner is ~7% worse than with soft pity
- If soft pity doesn't exist for the 110 banner, it's 40% worse than with soft pity
- If soft pity exists in both banners, you should never pull in the 80 pull banner under any circumstance.
- If soft pity doesn't exist in either banner, the 80 pull banner is the best and 110 pull shouldnt be used.
- We will notice very easily if the 110 banner doesn't have soft pity given it starts at pull 70, once it releases.

Both matters if you care about gameplay. 6 months means not only are you not getting a character sooner but you won't lose 50/50s to them when you could on Asia. Softy pity means less effective rolls per 5* meaning our rolls are worth less than Taiwan. The weekly pack costing double the price also means people who would want to support the game would have to pay for way less. Your perspective only matters if you don't give a fuck about gameplay which is fair enough it's watered down persona but I think it's fun enough that I want more weapons and characters to play around with to be in line with other servers.

If you REALLY wanted to deal the most damage on her third turn, you'd need to spend turn 1+2 outside of her special mode to make it work to begin with, so you can skill 2 -> skill 1 -> skill 3 like that if you think that's worth.

It's not the end of the world though, you can use coins you get from the pig boss for the museum exchange shop and the exclusive rewards for fighting madarame aren't that important. The biggest one you missed out on was a revelation card reset.
