its not a hidden node,just a bug DE never bothered to fix,if you complete New War before doing every single one of the railjack missions,it will fuck up your railjack nodes bc the planets "change"
had them all done AGES before new war dropped,second i did it,half the planets "reset" the completion badge,has 0 impact gameplay-wise but its irks the OCD
