These days strategems are pretty well-rounded out to the point of "meta" being so similar in damage output, or being so versatile in use that flavors for each helldiver and how they operate matter far more than simple raw damage output.

Wanna be space-hitler? Gas the fuck out of bots/bugs/squids alike and watch them tear each other apart while all you gotta do is worry about what few mediums survive it, and what heavies are left over.

Want to play the "Heavy-assault diver" who specializes in wiping the floor with heavy and ultra-heavy enemies? AT emplacement, Recoilless Rifle, and whatever else your little heart desires.

If you wanna cosplay as a TF2 engineer, then just bring all sentries all the time and let them do the heavy lifting as they cover you and your squad (or kill them) while you get objectives done.

The list goes on and on, but the point is that there are very few strategems that can fit in EVERY playstyle, but tons of them that can overlap and fit in with MANY playstyles. As far as strategems go, you are spoiled for choice and AH let you go and do what you will with them without being pigeonholed into running the same 4 over and over and over again because those are the only ones that do anything worth a damn.

Now, that being said, being a GOOD HELLDIVER and recognizing what would be best suited for each particular mission and knowing the enemies you will face is another conversation altogether. So if you suck at being a helldiver, all you will do is bring the rest of the team down with you, especially in the fucking Gloom.

Explosive Crossbow already has that ya fuckin retard.
Get the Scout armor which reduces visibility by 30%, the crossbow, and gas grenades, and you will never have to deal with a bug breach unless its a guaranteed thing like with flag raising, seismic surveys, or nuking nurseries.
