The huawei pura 80 ultra uses the same sensor for both it's telephoto cameras, has some mechanism to switch between them but it's not a continuous optical zoom.
The xperia 1 phones have continuous optical zoom on their telephoto cameras.
That's the two examples I can think of that come the closest in modern phones
