sounds tasty. i only bring up the point of oil because it makes seasoning things way more effective, especially in salads. i think it's underrated in the kitchen, especially considering how many different tasty oils there are.
korean curry is the same thing as japanese curry, but i also make the point to use the actual spelling because i do not like the romanized versions of korean words. it just often leads to more confusion. traditional korean cuisine, though, is often just peasant tier stews with random fermented things and rice. decently healthy. on the other hand, korean companies will often process the shit out of these foods for the sake of our convenience, and then charge exorbitant prices for it, especially when imported because of the global fetishization of korean culture. extremely unhealthy. spiritually restricting, even.
