Indie dev has become a second linkedin with all of the same circlejerking and "networking". Everyone acts like they're all on a team and supporting each other when they're all actually competing as it's the very nature of putting out a paid product on a massive market. They're acting like Team Cherry has to "play nice" as if these literal who devs have anything in common besides developing games on their own. A bunch of slimeballs using crocodile tears for marketing and of course journalism takes the shitty side here.
