some creative people make work that is somewhat distant from themselves while others put a lot of their personality and draw from their own lives
its like calling the guy that wrote All Quiet on the Western Front an attention whore because his book draws a lot from what he experienced and felt during the war
I wouldn't even put Fujimoto and Oshimi in the same category as Gege. I don't know Gege in real life but when I read JJK I never thought

JJK feels much more removed from who Gege is as a person than Look Back or The Flowers of Evil that feel much more intimate
