Okay, so um this is one of my first posts here and I need help. Im a 5'5 19F who is 240lbs and wants to lose weight. My issue is my body type is a mix of curvy but skinny fat (ugly ik) BUT not completely skinny fat I'm on the verge of being so. I want to lose weight and be able to feel healthier so I can do regular things without my heart beating like crazy. I also want to lose weight evenly throughout my body so I dont look skinny fat, but HOW? I was thinking maybe going into sprinting since the physique most women have who sprint look curadvice? I want that. Im worried if im skinny my fat wont be able to hide the fact I have no ass and a big ass stomach. I just wanna lose weight evenly. I dont know what I'm doing. Any advice?
