Original PB. Sweet slightly manipulative, if only because she been doing this for a few centuries, and cannot help but be a little above whatever is going on. Fun living, willing to have a blast playing around it random magic. Pretty much her original personality. Just have PB have an honest conversation about what Finn actually wants out of relationship, and have PB point her to Marceline as the one he really clicks with.
Also should have had more transformations, she bubblegum and not once did they make an inflation joke.
