today no Russian SLBM has the capacity to attack hardened targets because of their inaccuracy and land based ICBMs only do because of the yield of their warheads and makes them heavier and more expensive...
...even on the issue of nuclear weapons, ICBMs/SLBMs Russia is behind cheerleaders, stop being woman like.
