Hey niggas. I'm 6'0 235 fat ass and the goal is 200 pounds for now. I am confused about "1 gram of protein per pound of body weight". Specifically if I want to lose the 35 pounds of fat do I need the grams in protein for that weight as well? My aim was 200g.
