I have medical supplies and even serious disassociative drugs for major injuries and I don’t want that chaos.

Everyone wants to talk gear, clothing etc but no one ever talks about actually having medical supplies past a TQ. No antibiotics, anti virals, pain management tools. What’s your plan if you can’t get someone to a hospital and they need stitched or have a bone reset etc?
