Thanks. It’s rough but here’s a sketch of a possible design. I was thinking maybe she’ll turn out to be Quetzalcoatl. I gave her Ubame’s weird halter top thing because the silhouette suggests a tight fitting top that doesn’t change much so I went with something that would suggest toplessness while still maintaining the typical modesty of Touhou games. Aztec goddesses were frequently depicted topless. It looks like she has two tails which I’m not really sure what to do with.
