He's definitely like that with Charis, and with Fermi too, although the latter did come off more as someone who just wanted to help a friend generally due to what happens. Perili seems to catch him by surprise a lot, but generally ended up being more like Fermi than Charis or Okyuu.
Those are the only four girls I've seen. But I definitely know some of them get more aggressive/rapey with him, like Rin did.
Also it's revealed in Fermi's story through his thoughts that the reason he is never going to (canonically) settle and 'choose' someone is because he's afraid that if he ever does, the majority of the Monster Girls will gang up on that person and attack them. Considering this happens all the time (heck it's probably the main reason fights with other monster girls tend to start, a good 50% of them stem from this) and escalates quickly (some like Rin want to outright kill anybody who isn't them that tries to "take him away") and they WILL ignore his requests to stop (like the Talos Girl, who tried to throw six of them into another dimension, even though Aqua and Okyuu weren't even trying to do anything to the Master and were completely caught off guard by this) his fears are 100% justified.
That being said Okyuu can literally rip a fucking navy vessel in half so she's probably fine.
It's still really funny to me that she doesn't participate in any of this girl in-fighting too. She's surprisingly nice.
