Any good exercises to dwarfmaxx as a normal sized man? I'm 5'11 and ugly so I can't elfmaxx but I also think humans and their occupations are boring. I want to become short and stubby to be able to fit into the mines and explore the caverns. I want to be strong enough to carry the gold and gemstones from the mines back to my halls. Any good exercises for achieving this?
