The actual fortress is full of everything but easier when normal weps work. Fair bit of magical beasts tho. Gorgs,minos,scorps.

You have to save everyone including the fodder like the Skirmishers and Maurice. If you don't rewind to the bf1 warped one encounter for a THIRD time to tell the Defenders to go instead of the Skirmishers, then those jobbers will die, then Maurice will die, then Elmon will die like disaster dominos. That's the nature of the genre. It's a matter of perspective: killing 300 x and grinding out junk for +20 gear isn't inherently bad. If there was actual substantial content like an Abyss, then you would be going it passively while making progress. But when the "content" is at best a 3 floor dungeon with one notable low drop rate gear and at worst just rawdogging kill 300 x in old areas then people would rather macro or just do dailies and log off. That's not even mentioning how slow the month long banners seem.

MC always has to be in your team but has above average stats due to getting all class passives.
You can do anything you like with him really, but I prefer dumping all the auxiliary stuff on him as well as the generic stat ups from inheritance. Things like trap detect and disarm and Yeka's ambush prevention and such.
High trap detect/disarm let's you get away with no thieves in the party which is a good thing since thieves have pretty bad damage.
As for skill books, you generally want to save those for limited legendary chars.

I hacked together my bot in python.
I'm running wiz on bluestacks so I can enable android debug bridge (adb) which let's me interface with it from my com using the adbutils python library.
After that, it's all based on the simple idea of repeatedly screenshotting the bluestacks screen (adbutils) and using the locate function from pyautogui to find out where certain images are (crop images from adbutils screenshot function, important as device resolution is not onscreen resolution). Then when that's done, clicking the correct areas with adbutils. Then once you got the basic down, write a route specific script and set it to loop.
The good thing about image rec is that if it doesn't detect anything, it'll just go to the next line of code so you can salvage the situation without stopping the script.
It's very hacky, system specific, and a pain to setup.
